3-PieceCataclysm is the only set that can outperform Infernal Roar and Soulbound Arcana. Mostly because it has the chance to roll Exclusive Gear. Also, try to use it on Heroes that either do AoE DMG or can maintain a solid 1 sec Atk Interval so you ensure max stacks at all times.
Effect
Upon landing a Crit. Hit with Basic ATK, increases the hero’s DMG by 10% for 5 sec, stacking up to 5 times.
